  There was an issue with the promotion and I got into contact with the general manager, Mrs. Tarrabin, and she handled the situation very well and kept me informed about what was going on. The employees at this branch have demonstrated that they genuinely care about customer service, as every representative I have spoken to has shown their passion for their career.

  We absolutely loved Kim Rattray during our home buying process in 2016 (5+ stars). She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us with any problems along the way.

  However, this year we have been trying to book an appointment with another representative for 2 months and have had no call backs! The bank will not let us book with anyone else except this one person and we have left voicemails and e-mails, with nothing in return.

  Staff was very rude and extremely unhelpful, offered no suggestions at all on how to solve a problem. So glad that I will never have to deal with them again. Extremely disrespectful.
