  every time I try to call my branch I get transferred to a call center and have to wait now for 15 plus minutes just to get transferred again. I have been with Scotia bank for 30 + years , time to move on to bank that will actually take a phone call from a Customer

  Poorly trained staff routinely screw account changes up, nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, do not do business here.

  Each time i contact this branch we have a different advisior. I am tired of the consistant turnovers with branch officials, how do you get to know your clientèle with these high tutn over rates of staff?

  Scotiabank is a good bank, gives you a lot of benefits. But this branch gives you a horrible service no customer focused, no interest in attend you. Then i decided to change the branch to this one 138 Grandin Park Plaza St. Albert, AB, T8N1B4. great staff, most of the times someone at the door to say hello and willing to help, even they have coffe and cookies for the customers. It worth to change.
