  I was very happy with the service and product knowledge of the staff. They helped us pick out a bike and a new Thule chariot so I can go biking with my two year old daughter. After purchasing a few accessories I was impressed they even offered to install them for me at no extra charge. It didn't take them long but the extra service is nice. Don't get this type of service at the box stores. If you are in the market for a bike check out Cranky's in St. Albert!

  Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Test riding the bikes before purchase was very helpful. Good location near a bicycle trail.

  Just bought a bike from this location. The staff is young yet very friendly and knowledgeable. Had some extras put on the bike and the bike tech took the time to explain the whole bike to me and how to keep it in tip top condition. I'll be back for sure.

  Andy and his family (shop crew included)are awesome! From day one they have been all about promoting the great sport of cycling and they share their passion for it with their customer. They make sure you get what you need and what will really work for you so you stay with the sport. They have offered great advice even when they did not gain a sale from it. I highly recommend this shop. It is one the gems of St.
