  They have their business inside NorthStar Hyundai in Edmonton. I reserved a vehicle to use while mine is being serviced and twice now a promised vehicle that I reserved a week in advance was not available and ready for me and I had to wait more than 30 minutes while they went back to St. Albert to get one. I drive in from St. Paul and after a 2 hr drive the last thing I need is to wait!!

  We were forced to evacuate our home in Fort McMurray and had no vehicle. The gentleman working at this Budget stayed open for an extra 1.5 hours so that I could receive a minivan we requested that had to be brought over from a different location.

  I've rented from this location several times. Most of the time everything has gone well, but they have been out of the car type I reserved. I always make reservations days in advance, so it shouldn't be an issue to have the car type I need. I rent cars for road trips to keep the mileage off my own vehicle and always rent cars with good fuel economy so I do not want an upgrade to a gas guzzler.

  Excellent customer service! Requested a car last minute and when they couldn't find the category I wanted they offered me free upgrade! Will definitely come back again !
