I also enjoy the combination of cardio and weights.

Combined cardio & strength training in a 60 min workout. I also like having the fitness instructor pushing you to work harder and correcting technique during excercise.

I love the heart monitors, great idea. I don't feel like spending $30 a session to spend have of it on a treadmill.

Pre-paid passes expire. Classes are twice the price of most other facilities. You must buy a heart rate monitor even if You already own one and it does not come with a watch, it goes to their tv screen only. You have to prebook attendance online and if you cancel within 48 hours you are still charged for the class. This is simply not practical for anyone with career or family obligations and doesn't reflect the practice of other fitness facilities. Does not accomodate a quick drop in. The facility is small and has no lockers or showers. The workouts are challenging, which is great, but so are many other classes in nicer facilities for a better price. I'm not sure how it is legal for passes to expire based on purchase date, even when passes are a gift. Gift cards are legally not able to expire, but they somehow ignore the spirit of this law. If you really need structure to stay on fitness goals this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else. Buy yourself a heart rate monitor and watch a YouTube video on how to use it to target yourself instead. I hope they at least pay a decent wage to their trainers, since their lack of capital investment and high prices allow for a high profit margin. And they are all qualified and nice. Good idea, bad execution.
