  I received a prescription on a Friday and it made me very sick, I called back the next Tuesday and explained that the prescription made me sick and was wondering if I could talk to my doctor quickly to have him write me a new prescription for the same illness i had a few days ago, they said no I can't talk to my doctor and no they can't give me a new prescription unless I go in for an appointment, the next available appointment was Friday, I explained that I had already been diagnosed and given a prescription I am just allergic to that particular medicine and would prefer to have things happen more quickly as I don't want to wait another week to continue to be sick just so I can go in to the doctor and have him say you are still sick with the same illness you just need a different brand/type of medication. They were firm that I could not speak to my doctor and that they could do nothing for me.

  This is the best clinic I have ever seen. The doctors are so good, they understand the patient's concern and give the best possible solution. On the other hand the staff at front is polite, knowledgeable and always with smile.

  The doctors are great. I would give 5 stars if they called to confirm appointments the day before, and had an option to email or leave a voicemail if you need to cancel an appointment.

  Amazing reception and quality of care from all staff and doctors is amazing. My daughter is 2.5 and we frequently are in and out of the doctor's office from getting sick from daycare.

  Extremely rude receptionists. Right from day one I never liked the front end staff. Over the years they just got worse. My Dr is a good guy there. But the way it is run on the front end is enough to write a bad review. I don't have the time to transfer all of my files over to a new family Dr....so I guess I'll stick it out.
