  This hair cut from hell was definitely Bazar I am dumb founded by the inexperienced that so called groomed my puppy and for legal proceedings I will not mention the person responsible.

  ( Love your dog ) Don't bring your pet here for grooming OMG!!! My dog is still on antibiotics for her eye / underbelly / around her private part including her bum hole area there are several nicks that show blood and now yellow puss.

  Solid amount of stock, good help, great pricing. Big box stores so don't expect anything too exotic or any experts on fish or reptiles

  Unfortunately, I would suggest not going here only because as a dog mom and animal lover, I didn't feel right about leaving my pups there. Just by viewing the demeanor of the woman who were grooming the dogs while I was preparing to drop my dogs off, didn't sit well with me... They DO put the dogs in kennels in the back and oddly refused to give me a quick tour of their facility when I asked for one. But when I asked the store manager she did say she would show me. So, not sure exactly what the policy is on that.

  I always have an awful experience at PetSmart. When I walk in the doors, it feels like all the employees avoid me! Every time I go there I see many dead fish in their aquariums! And they keep the betta in little cups with no space to move around and they all look so sad, some even look dead. I'd call it animal abuse to keep those poor fish in such a confined space. I always have to wait around the fish area for at least 10 minutes just to get someone to check my water. Nobody approaches me at all. I always have to hunt down an employee. I tried to order something online and pick it up in store which was miserable. I waited in line for a good 5 minutes only to be informed I had to wait for a manager! The manager took about 10-20 minutes to show up! It would have been quicker to just get the item myself! The prices aren't even that great there. I don't know why I even bother to go to PetSmart anymore.

  DO NOT bring your pets here for grooming. Just awful. They pulled on our labradoodels whiskers to control her stance. Her body, including her privates are covered in nicks. We asked for a light to medium trim; we showed her a picture of what we did not want her to look like. They did not care, they shaved as close to the skin as they could (did I mention covered in nicks). Her personality has completely changed, she is shy and wants to be alone. We feel just sick inside, we did this to her. This was supposed to be a nice doggy spa day and instead it was the day from hell for her. We feel just awful for doing this to our beloved labradoodle.

  It's really unfortunate things like this happen. If you can't sit there and watch from start to finish including the wash area that's behind closed doors you probably should reconsider your options in St Albert there are 4 and 5 star grooming Google reviews on other places that are less cost and actually do a great job.

  (Yes infection) My poor puppy is in major discomfort and has been since I picked her up she is so soar. I took several pictures of this brutal grooming and I am inquiring my options with legal counsel.
