  When my husband and I relocated from Kelowna to Edmonton we contacted Mark Pelletier. From our first call to Mark we were treated to knowledgeable, personable and professional service. Mark quickly researched the areas and price range we were interested in and did a lot of leg work before our first house hunting trip. Mark took us to several properties before we purchased. He met with a building inspector on our behalf and when the inspector found a major flaw in the cement foundation Mark went straight back to work and found us the house we currently live in. Throughout our experience Mark continually researched properties for us and sent us listings even before they were advertised. He always had our best interest at heart and conducted himself with utmost integrity. I would recommend Mark and his agency to any prospective buyer and would not hesitate to use him to list our home should the opportunity present itself.
