    Walked in and received prompt service. Lady was welcoming and informative on me looking for information on raw food for my cat. She showed me her recommendation and did the math for me on how much my cat should eat a day based on weight. Staff are passionate on the diets available.

    They were very helpful in St. Albert trying to find a dry food my dogs might eat. Excellent service.

    August/2016 .....Wonderful now that its under new fresh management! What a breath of fresh air, and wonderful customer service. The new manager in this store is amazing, she not only helped me with a few problems my dog was having but gave me even more help with other pet information as well. This is what customer service should be. There are still a one of the guys that was here before, he unfortunately is still very not customer friendly seems he doesn't like his job much at all but merely tolerates the customer.

    Excellent staff that are always helpful. They have a huge pet food selection and samples are also available. This is extremely helpful when a pet has food sensitivity issues.
