I'll never go back, too expensive for too little choice.

The “glass house” though is an exceptional facility.

The bacon was the same as one received in the “run-of-the-mill” restaurants - thin, not the thick pieces previously enjoyed.

There is a beautiful view of Lois Hole Provincial Park which we enjoyed.

Our server was lovely. Unfortunately the food was not. There are very few options. We wound up getting spinach salad and it was delivered to our table without anybody noticing that a key ingredient was missing (avocado... The only protein on the salad). It turned out that they were out of avocado but nobody informed us of that before bringing out the order-- we had to ask. We were comped some coffees which were not bad. The location is stunning, but the fixtures were dirty (my white vinyl chair was very grubby). I was expecting more for the price and atmosphere.

Today we again visited the restaurant for brunch. We were extremely disappointed with our meal.

Also watching the waitress fish something out of the water jug with her finger on the way to the table is a bit of a turn off.

The potatoes, ... well, they could not be eaten by some.

Thankfully the food was reasonably good although the mushroom burger had a bit of an odd taste and texture which we wouldn't order again, but the fennel breakfast sausage was delicious and a bit spicy.

Unfortunately, it took 45 minutes for our food arrive! The restaurant was only 1/3 full so this was surprising. At about the 40 minute mark I asked our server and she said they were backed up in the kitchen and that the food would still be more than a few minutes... Not sure how that happens when you are only 1/3 full...

Drove 35 minutes from Sherwood Park to take my wife on a date. We don't get to go on dates as much now that we have a newborn. (11 weeks old today!)

Would have appreciated the warning ahead of time about the wait and we could have fed the baby and walked around the greenhouse...

They are always "out" of what I order. Not sure why they bother having it on the menu.

When the food did finally come it was past time for the baby to eat so we ate in about 10 minutes. Not the most ideal date conditions.

I hope that the quality of the brunch can, in the future, be extended to the whole experience.

The white bread was not like the choices we previously had.

Ate here on a Friday night following massages downstairs. On Fridays, you can choose from a 3-course set menu or the regular menu. I think they do themselves a disservice by the way they word their menu - it's hard to get a sense of what things really are, which is a shame because the food is quite good, making you say "Oh, THAT'S what they meant" when the food actually comes. The celery salad was absolutely to die for, and that's saying something because I'm not a huge fan of salad. There were a few temperature inconsistencies both among plates and even between different components on the same plate, and service was slow, especially given the small number of people there ... but the last point is not necessarily a knock, because we weren't in a hurry. If you want MacDonald's speed ... go to MacDonald's. So, overall, a good authentic dining experience with real food that didn't come from a package. Come on, St Albert: support your local fine dining.

All in all it was an OK experience. But I expected a bit more...

The manager did come by later and apologize for the delay and said their cook had just left and he gave us a $20 gift card. Nice touch.
