  I am very pleased with the quality of service at Carstar in St. Albert! Anne Marie at the front desk walked me through the whole process of getting the damage repaired from a car accident through my insurance. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond each time I dealt with her. The damage was repaired perfectly and they had even detailed my car for me! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

  Glad I found this shop. It just happened to be the shop I "googled" when I was in a collision in St.Albert, and needed a damage assessment for the police report. I was impressed by how efficient they were. Previous places I have had to leave my car for weeks on end. Not here. They said it would be done in 3 days and it was. I was also pleasantly surprised to find my car fully detailed and the complimentary water bottles inside! If I ever need autobody repairs again this is definitely where I will be bringing my vehicles for repair.

  Did an amazing job on my 2016 Sienna! I was skeptical because it was a plastic bumper and they said they were going to sand it down and repaint, but it looks flawless, I cannot tell where the scratch was. Paint is a 100% exact match as well (special edition pearl white) Would highly recommend

  I brought my f150 in for repair on my front end. The service was excellent. They finished my truck in good timing. I was surprised to know they washed my truck and detailed the inside and even left 2 complimentary water bottles. Its not a big deal but those little touches can make a big difference in quality service. Good job carstars!! Will recommend you for sure.

  Went in with a pretty decent scratch, needed some buffing on the driver door and a new passenger. Took a week to even get a quote back, and when I did I just laughed. 950 for parts and more than 2,000$ for labor with a week repair time? Please, if it was my name on the car, I'd fix it myself in two days. You can bet if they're trying to overcharge me not going through insurance, which is cheaper for them, they're definitely overcharging your insurance, which means your insurance is overcharging you. My advice : avoid. There are better autobody shops that will do the repair for half the price in half the time.
