    I live in a Brookfield home and needed electrical warranty on one of my plugs, and a service guy named Zack came and fixed the broken plug, and was very polite.

    Can-West Electric is the textbook definition of a poorly run company. Disorganization and dishonesty runs rampant. Jobs run weeks and sometimes months behind schedule. (A.K.A PFS Rail, Sonic Radio, Ft.Mall). Certified apprentices are told that they will only recieve their entitled wage until after an undefined probation period. (Thus they start 4th years out at 3rd year wage/3rd years at 2nd year and so on.) Timelines to complete projects are skewered by long wait periods due to lack of materials/communication/prints.

    Due to the lack of experienced Jouneypersons; underpaid apprentices are thrown at random onto large complex jobs and told to run the site for days on end until a Journeyperson can be aquired. The employee turnover rate at the company is exponential with workers rarely staying with the company more than 2 or 3 months. Can-West's Project Managers and Owners are never on site and are mostly AWOL when there are important meetings or installs happening. Altogether Can-West is a poor choice for any project of any importance.
