    I find Best Buy brick and mortar stores to be hit and miss depending on the staff working. The St. Albert location is the best in the greater Edmonton area! Every employee is extremely friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. Stock levels are sometimes less then other locations because of the smaller store size however I've never had any issues getting through by phone to have an item put on hold.

    Store is easy to access and easy for quick shopping. The pick of what you can get there is limited due to the size of the store. The staff is really great and will answer any question you ask and can really help someone out at the end of the day. But there is always 2 employees talking and laughing when where is people that obviously need help. (90% good employees)

    Great staff very helpful. Ask for manager Nathan he's very informative and knows just about everything there is to know about their products. I go to him for all my tech questions

    My husband and I went into the St. Albert Best Buy on Saturday, January 20, 2018 looking to purchase a new TV that was on sale. Aaron was the sales person that greeted us and asked if we needed help. We told him what we were looking to purchase. He advised that they didn’t have any in stock and that they weren’t able to order any, but that I could purchase it online and have it shipped to their store. I went home to order this TV, but wasn’t given the option to ship to the store. Aaron was lovely to deal with. I placed the order online and contacted someone at Best Buy (the 1-866 number) and they advised that I would have to get the St. Albert store to call them and authorize that it could be shipped to their store instead of my home. I called the St. Albert store and spoke to Nathan, the Store Manager. He advises that this isn’t an option and he wasn’t going to call that number. I expressed my frustration to this “manager” because I’ve now been told 3 different things from 3 different Best Buy employees. He told me my only option was to cancel my order and come into the store to order it and they can have it shipped to the store. The TV we had purchased was on sale for $570, so I asked Nathan if I would get the same price and he advised “no, it’s on a new sale (more expensive) and you’d have to pay that price.” Fair? No. I then told Nathan, apparently a Store Manager, that I was going to cancel my online order. He didn’t reply, but instead hung up the phone on me. Thanks for your help Nathan, “Store Manager”, I’ll be contacting either your General Manager or Regional Manager to escalate this.

    Very limited experience with this store, but there's no way I can't give them 5 stars for their service. We reserved an item online at the store at a time when the website said there were 9 items remaining. Obviously sometimes these inventory numbers aren't completely accurate, but when we ended up getting to the store all the items were sold out with none reserved in my name. They didn't hesitate to honor the price of the item we were looking for and gave us a better model than the one we wanted at that price. Absolutely perfect customer service! This is how customer service should work.
