    Be aware... the extended warranty ok but the " we will give your money back if you don't use it is a bit of a scam...in the fine print you have 90 days after it expire to claim it...then you need to spend double to price of your warranty value...so if you warranty cost you $150 you need to spend $300 to use it....then be sure to ask about return policy of the products you buy...I bought a Drone for $50 brought it home and it was defective out of the box...less then 1 hours after i bought it went back to store and was told that some items sold in store they will not do refund or exchange!!! after a bit of talk was offered a refund but only to store credit!!! they will give you a good service when you buy but once your done with them its like they don't want your business anymore...

    Always had good customer service. I also had a remote starter installed on my VW. Unlike some other business, I didn't have to give up a key, it was cheaper and done properly!

    Again over a year ago I got a car starter installed in my truck, guy treated me like a simple person and when I asked to make an appointment for my truck to drop off my truck (so I could organize a ride to and from there) he said they don't book appointments and to just drop it off in the morning and they will get to it IF they can and call me if they complete it that day. Not impressed.

    Awesome service. Lawry went out of his way to get me the deal I wanted the way I wanted it done. Ended up going back to get a computer and once again for a fantastic deal on a better than what I wanted system.

    Sure you might get a good deal here or there. But in my opinion the customer service really sucks. I'm not one to ever write a negative review but in this case I have to. Over the course of about a year and a half I have made my way over to this store just because of it's convenience but I find once you get into the store the employees make it seem like you being there is a huge inconvenience to them. If you are lucky enough to find an employee that isn't hiding somewhere chances are that " isn't their department" and they will pretty well refuse to help you. I went to pick up my girlfriend's phone one day (they had to order it in) the phone guy was busy with a customer (in all honesty he is the one shinning pin in that store) so I tracked someone else down. All the guy had to do was go to the cabinet and grab the phone. Rather then doing that we stood awkwardly staring at the guy helping the customer for about 20 minutes (oddly enough this awesome employee was helping someone who had questions outside of his department) until he was done so he can grab me the phone from the counter. (if it wasn't for the fact my girlfriend already paid for it I would have walked out and went elsewhere).

    Just the other day I went there with my dad cause he was getting a car starter for his vehicle. There was no one in the car audio place so we went to the front desk, the guy told us to look for a certain guy (forget his name ) so again we sat there and twiddled our thumbs for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to maybe walk out of the back room. The guy at the front desk didn't want to page him, call him or even go look for him. Rather just wait for him to maybe come out of the back.

    I feel bad because I can't recall names but the staff here did me a solid today and bent over backwards to get a remote start bought and installed. After a bit of a...lets call it a mishap with the south location, they bailed me out and got me taken care of all while apologizing for something that wasn't even their fault. True customer service at this store for sure. Thanks guys, really appreciated it!
