  Do not order flowers over the phone with Klondyke. I ordered a $100 bouquet for my 70 year old mother for Valentines Day, which included delivery and tax and this is what was sent. When I called them, the manager Theresa, gave me a bunch of excuses and told me to have my mother bring the flowers BACK for them to see and there is nothing else they can do. Seriously? Theresa, you could have offered a partial refund instead of making my elderly parent come in to prove that you ripped us off!

  I placed an order online this morning at 8:30am and by 10:00am this morning the flowers to my mom were delivered. The online ordering was simple and easy, then when I called to make a correction to the time of my order, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate my short timeline.

  I've ordered a few times from Klondyke and never been disappointed which is important because I don't live anywhere near Alberta. Deliveries are always on time. The flowers always fresh. The price is the price - flowers are not inexpensive - few luxuries are.

  Left my wedding flowers last to order. With only 6 weeks left, Theresa was so helpful and supportive. I wanted to stay within a budget and she did that marvellously. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Excellent customer service from all her staff.

  I picked up the same bouquet locally for $45 for my Mother in law. I knew KLONDYKE would scam me thinking I wouldn't see what my $100 got me.
