    Second time now that I've been disappointed with this particular Ultracuts. The first time I did not receive the cut that I asked for and the second time only the sides were cut with very little from the top.

    I would HIGHLY suggest that you DO NOT have your hair cut here. Please, go somewhere else.

    Both time I asked for a Caesar cut, which generally is a very easy and popular style. I should NOT have to find another hairdresser to cut my hair twice in the same day.

    I moved up here a year ago and this location is 3 minutes from my house. I have been refused a haircut due to lack of staff and appointments more times than I have received a haircut. I usually arrive after work between 5-7 and although open until 8 they are unable to take 5-10 minutes prior to an appointment to do a men's cut. I give up trying this place
