  We purchase a huge amount of roof asphalt shingles every year. This location sells one of the best GAF shingles in Edmonton. We are never delayed, our orders are always ready, kept aside to pick up. They have respectful, hard working, staff that even helps us load heavy materials.

  Customer service is terrible. Picked up a couple of perennials because they were discounted. There was no one at the till in garden centre so went to self check out. Started ringing through the plants and realized the discount was not being applied. When I asked the girl at the self check out for help she was almost annoyed that I interrupted her coffee break with her friend. She did call someone to check on the price. Then she rudely said "why don't you start ringing through the rest of your plants so you are not just standing there" Then she went back to socializing with her friend. Discount was applied in the end if it hadn't I would have walked out, not for the few dollars I was saving but for the terrible customer service. Maybe this is what passes for good customer service these days, sad very sad.

  So sad .. busy place .. staff everywhere but they busy looking busy :( asked for help... waited and waited no one came.. went through till never even asked me how it was .. nothing ... can't wait till the new Rona is opened... never come back here. So much staff and no one can help:(
