  I needed Brad's services for a criminal-personal manner - family related - this past month. He was very direct, knowledgeable. He explained the whole process -kept me in the loop the from start to finish. Brad answered all my questions and some side questions for another family member involved with direct answers - so I knew how to proceed safely for both of us.
