  I believe his name is Simon, tall guy, long hair, glasses and works at the front desk; he was my go to man for all my hotel needs. He went above and beyond to guarantee that my stay was perfect. Housekeeping did excellent work. The breakfast staff no matter the size of crowd always put out a terrific breakfast. I stayed for over 20 days and was thoroughly impressed.

  We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 5 years, both as an interim place to stay as we packed to move and each time we come back to visit (a few times a year). We have always had pleasant service from the front desk staff, friendliness with the cleaning staff and enjoy their pool/hot tub. Amenities are always clean and if we've ever had an issue or concern, the staff have been more than helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Best West in St. Albert!

  This a modern and stylish hotel that has a lot to offer. Stayed in the executive suite that had a comfortable king size bed and a living room with pull out couch. The room was spacious and also features a wet bar. It had everything we needed for a young family. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and had everything you could want hot and fresh from pancake maker, hot oatmeal dispenser, waffle bar, peeled hot hard boiled eggs, bacon, fruit, etc... Staff were friendly and the location is great. The only downside is that the AC is only a window unit and couldn't cool down the large suite.

  The pool was nice looking and salty which was nice for us since chlorine dries out the skin. The breakfast was awesome--just missing bacon. The room was nicely furnished and we liked the jacuzzi.

  I found the hotel excellent. Lobby is beautiful and smells great!
