    Drove from out of town. Was in a panic to drop off a parcel. Made it with 15 minutes to spare. Oh wait closed already. 618 nice. I guess you should call first to see if they're open.

    Flimsy, lazy packaging-resulting in my package being completely destroyed on arrival (One of a kind hand made item). Rude, un-knowledgeable service when trying to file a claim. Got the same useless responses 2 days in a row.
